Colaber is designed to help businesses automate their operations. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Colaber to:

  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate privacy rights
  • Circumvent security measures
  • Scrape or harvest data without permission

3. Messaging Guidelines

When using WhatsApp and Instagram automation features:

  • Obtain proper consent before messaging customers
  • Provide clear opt-out mechanisms
  • Respect messaging frequency limits
  • Follow platform-specific policies and guidelines
  • Do not use automation for spam or bulk unsolicited messages

4. Content Standards

All content created and distributed through Colaber must:

  • Be accurate and not misleading
  • Not infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Comply with advertising standards
  • Not contain offensive or harmful material
  • Respect privacy and data protection laws

5. Data Usage

You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you collect and process through Colaber complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

6. Account Security

You must:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Use strong passwords
  • Enable two-factor authentication
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Not share your account with others

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of these rules and take appropriate action, including warning, suspension, or termination of accounts that violate these guidelines.
