- Scrape or harvest data without permission
3. Messaging Guidelines
When using WhatsApp and Instagram automation features:
- Obtain proper consent before messaging customers
- Provide clear opt-out mechanisms
- Respect messaging frequency limits
- Follow platform-specific policies and guidelines
- Do not use automation for spam or bulk unsolicited messages
4. Content Standards
All content created and distributed through Colaber must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Not infringe on intellectual property rights
- Comply with advertising standards
- Not contain offensive or harmful material
- Respect privacy and data protection laws
5. Data Usage
You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you collect and process through Colaber complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

You must:

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Not share your account with others
