Colaber provides digital SaaS services with immediate access upon payment.
1. Cancellations
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

- Duplicate payment
- Technical error causing incorrect charge
- Payment deducted but service not activated
3. Non-Refundable
- Subscription fees once service is activated
- Partial usage or inactivity
